Jordan asked me tonight if I’d lost weight. He said I looked and felt smaller. I don’t know how I feel about that. I haven’t lost weight (I weighed myself today), and if anything I’ve felt bigger lately.
Just because the scale says you haven’t lost any weight doesn’t mean you didn’t slim down. Don’t worry, I’m a scale freak myself and something I had to fit through my head was that I muscle also weighs something and if I’m gaining muscle and my weight is still the same then that only means that I’m losing fat or slimming down elsewhere.
